The Cloud Infra Lease and M&A is looking for an experienced Business Program Manager with a track record and passion for operations planning, production control, driving data quality, and implementing process improvements at scale. Your job is to own and drive production planning strategy and discipline for the Lease and Build Program, including among others understanding business and manufacturing processes, configuration, deployment, and improvement. You will work with a global team to drive clarity and streamline the decision-making process for the Lease and Build Program, while simplifying and automating the processes and tools used by our team. You must be very detail oriented and can trouble shoot complex logical problems, being data driven and using metrics to drive conversations and assess your program and capability health.

Strong problem-solving and project management skills, knowledge of engineering and or manufacturing processes and quality systems / tools balanced with technical knowledge on Datacenter products are critical to success.

Responsibilities

Drive effective Production Planning by consistently looking at metrics, understanding gaps, and instituting effective solutions.

Leverage project management skills to work with global stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule

Set clear and challenging goals for delivering projects on time, by understanding and mitigating gaps early in the project life cycle.

Consistently measure projects performance metrics, understand project schedule risks, and mitigate by collaborating with stake holders.

Own appropriate engagement rhythms and communications with global teams, with a focus on shared understanding of process performance, changes, and business value

Subject matter expertise for Production Planning for Lease and Build space

Partner with Bi-Analytics team to design/enhance project performance metrics.

Drive data quality, by understanding root causes, escalation and conducting PDCA.

Develop subject matter expertise in Root Cause Analysis and use the process to specific project gaps with objective of driving long lasting solutions.

Coordination with global programs stakeholders and datacenter teams to capture new business requirements and evaluate operational impacts.

Communication with Regional teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Qualification:

5+ years of experience working in Production Planning.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience in analyzing large real-world datasets and hands-on approach in data analytics.

Proven experience designing simple to complex standard processes for data center construction, modular electrical rooms, equipment manufacturing and sourcing.

Proven experience to build data center build end to end constraint network and deploy effective production planning.

Ability to design standard processes and use optimization tools to conduct what if scenarios.

Ability to map out business processes and configure them to standard process, design constraint network and deploy them.

Be a self-starter and a leader that can maintain focus and deliver results consistently that drive business capability value.

Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated and thrives on minimal supervision. Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure in an extremely volatile and high paced environment.

Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done with proven experience leading complex programs/initiatives to successful completion.

Strong written and oral communication skills with experience providing project status to line and senior management.

Strong understanding of business planning and cross-organizational consulting and/or support processes - preferably in a very large, matrixed enterprise

High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail

Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict management and demonstrated influencing skills.

High energy and a strong desire to learn.

Ability to motivate self and others, often virtually.

Strong written and oral communications skills with experience providing project status to line or senior management.
