1– Operations Manager

Responsibilities

1- To monitor and effectively manage each & every job in a timely manner for the customers allocated.  
2- To monitor and ensure customs declarations are processed on time all transactions related to customs & port), timely postings of Dubai Trade, DP world, COO charges, updation of Tracker and accurate invoicing including processing of Certificate of Origin and Customs Declarations.
3- To monitor and ensure Job registration, update of details in Cargowise, Invoicing within 3 days of job execution, e-docs (within 30 days of job completion) to be managed efficiently. 
4- To coordinate, monitor and ensure timely collection of delivery order for import shipment and/or execution of export order. 

Requirements

1- Degree or Diploma preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
2- Must have awareness about Freight industry and its products & services
3- Experience in Cargo wise EDI system or similar platform and an excellent knowledge on MS Office
4-Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to solve problems quickly
