Based at our Auckland Airport site and reporting to a General Manager, we have 2 x new Operation Manager positions available. As an Operations Manager, you will be provided with an excellent opportunity to combine skills in client relationship and operational warehouse management. You will have full P&L responsibility, managing all operational, strategic, financial, and people aspects of delivering services to those clients. 

This role requires a high-calibre individual with the following attributes and skills:

• An in-depth understanding of logistics including strong warehouse management skills
• A solid leadership background that includes managing and motivating others, to achieve outstanding results on an ongoing basis
• Excellent relationship management skills, showing a proven ability to manage relationships at all levels, with clients and internally with staff
• Ensure a competent, motivated and harmonious warehouse team
• Operational excellence leadership skills, ensuring standards are maintained and or improved as required
• Solid financial skills that include developing targets, maintaining budgets, and analysing operational initiatives
• The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively and professionally
• A tertiary qualification, studying towards a qualification or equivalent industry knowledge.
• Maintenance of safety, security, storage solutions, housekeeping, sanitation programs and other site programs as required.
