Job Description
The Operations Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Operations and provide support to the Linc franchises by assisting with implementing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing Linc’s operations systems and philosophies.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Operations by providing the franchisees with continuous support in operations such as manpower planning, delivering profitability, training programs, and keeping current with industry trends that will provide the Linc® network a competitive edge.
- Assist in developing training programs in technical and customer relations as it applies to the field service representatives.
- Assist is an ongoing effort to develop programs in technical and customer relations as it applies to the field service representatives.
- Assist in the development and participate in Operations initial training offerings to ensure the franchisee has a solid understanding of the Linc System®. Provide suggestions on enhancing existing training material and course content.
- Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with Linc® employees, as well as Linc Service® Contractor personnel in order to solve problems and exploit opportunities.
- Assist Director of Operations with developing training materials and participate in training sessions as needed.
- Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your supervisor. These special projects, at the determination of your supervisor, may or may not become part of this position’s primary responsibility.
- Maintain and guard the confidentiality and security of information pertaining to all aspects of Linc
- Create operations training content and instruct as needed at the yearly Continuing Education Conference
- Support the Director of Operations in any operation related projects that may be assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- BS or BA college degree or 2-3 year experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Coordination experience within HVAC industry is a plus
