An opportunity has come up to join our Hamilton team for an Operations Assistant. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!

The Role:

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience - you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter or call the branch.
• Meeting and greeting the customers to check their Vehicle in and out.
• Loading up quotes and reservations into the booking system and allocating vehicles.
• Invoicing rental agreements as well as following up with customers about vehicle damage if required.
• Supporting the Branch Manager and Operations team with various other administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties.
• Part-time role (30 hours per week) working Wednesday-Friday, 8am to 5pm and sole charge on Saturdays, 7.30am to 1.30pm - with the possibility for extra hours if needed!

About you:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, you enjoy talking to people!
• Able to multi-task with strong administrative and organisation abilities.
• Computer savvy with ability to adapt to new systems and software.
• Exceptional phone manner, easy going with a positive attitude.
