Job Responsiblies
- Provide an all-rounded support on daily settlement works for foreign exchange and local currency transactions in an efficient and timely manner; including to monitor inward and to authorize outward payments in the payment platform/system, and to conduct payment related investigations;
- Liaise with banks and clients to maintain high levels of accuracy and customer services;
- Prepare various reports to internal staff and to the authorities as required;
- Maintain standard of operation control and compliance of internal policy.
- Provide administrative support to Finance Manager in order to maintain a smooth back office operations.
- Perform all the ad hoc supports as requested.
Ideal candidates should come with:
- Degree holder in any discipline; Bachelor degree in Financial Accounting is preferably
- 2-3 years experience in related industry is a definite advantage, Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Familiar with local and overseas payment channels and practice will be preferred
- Customer focus, hardworking, detail-oriented with Can-Do attitude
- Sense of Risk and Compliance and willingness to challenge existing workflow
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- PC knowledge, MS Office and Chinese word-processing
- Mandarin a plus but NOT a must;
- Eligible to work in New Zealand with a valid working Visa.
