Operations Assistant - Casual/Part Time role

The Role
Reporting to the director of operations, the operations assistant role will include:
- Completing daily tasks including order fulfilment, event building, event checking, pre/post-event reporting, website maintenance, ticket requests and customer service enquiries.
- Assisting the client services team with administrative tasks.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries.

Other key notes about this role
- Both full-time and casual positions are available, however, given the business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this role will sometimes be required to work outside of business hours including weekend work.
- Bonuses/commissions are available if key targets are met within the business.
