Job Description
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Assists the TSF Operations Coordinator by utilizing system based work order management tool (Datex) to generate planned and reactive maintenance work orders
- Dispatches work orders to maintenance providers
- Monitors work order completion with all maintenance providers to ensure that work orders are completed in a timely matter
- Assists the TSF Operations Coordinator with work order reconciliation and preparation of overdue work orders status (Aging KPI Report)
- Assists the TSF Operations Coordinator with work order escalation & maintenance provider follow up
- Root cause determination and corrective actions for overdue work orders through analysis of work order constraints (internal and external)
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
- Assists the TSF Operations Coordinator in determining raw material component usage and material management procurement strategies
- Assists the TSF Operations Manager, or designate, in various projects and tasks
- Provides back up coverage to the TSF Operations Coordinator during planned and unplanned absences
Qualifications / Competencies:
- Prior operational experience in a work order based system environment, an asset
- Strong IT skills (Excel, MS Office, Quattro, SAP, etc.)
- Independent and resourceful
- Task orientated with high attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive required actions
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player
- A strong knowledge of the City and its internal geographical boundaries
- Currently enrolled in a College / University program
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
