We are looking for a full-time Online Retail Support Person who ideally has passion and enthusiasm for French wine and food; an interest in learning more and passing this knowledge on to others through delightful customer service.

Our ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our busy online retail shop.  This will be achieved by:

• Supporting the on-line sales process, including preparing and dispatching orders.
• Managing all online sales and customer queries in a timely manner
• Facilitating customers’ orders whether in-store, online, phone or email.
• Enjoys working in a very busy and fast paced working environment.

You will need:

• Competence in ERP / POS systems, Outlook and Excel or equivalent.
• Clear communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organisation and great time management skills
• To be particular about attention to detail
• Resilience with the ability to multitask daily.
• Physically fit as stock movement required

Wine knowledge and an interest in French culture is advantageous.
