We are looking for an Online Customer Service representative to work in the Online Customer Service Centre located in the Queen Street store. This position is full-time, however, flexibility over busy seasons is required.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can ensure that our online customers receive the best customer service by reacting quickly and effectively to customers to ensure that each customer interaction with Smith and Caughey's is as positive as possible
This role will be the first line of contact with customers when they call or email for assistance and the incumbent will also be required to make outbound calls/emails to customers. This position requires a high level of customer service present with every customer contact. Duties include providing quality service to enhance the luxury brands we stock online.
The ability to handle a variety of tasks is a must, as well as is exceptional customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
