As part of a busy customer onboarding team, we need your help to ensure Storbie customers have a great experience through the website build process and are delighted with their finished product.

A typical day might look like
On a typical day, you can expect to have ownership of several website projects.
You will be the main point of contact for assigned customers joining Storbie. You would welcome them, take them through a consultation and build their beautiful, functional Storbie website.
You'll have no issue with jumping on the phone and communicating via email to retrieve required content and assets to move the projects forward. You'll do what needs to be done to ensure the customer is delighted with their website and has a great experience getting there.
You'll manage your projects in Microsoft Dynamics and help your team with project coordination tasks when needed.
In addition, you can expect to participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions, burger dates, and daily "tools down" team morning tea breaks.
