About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Office Support to provide professional, responsive and accurate administration duties. We are looking for an office support who will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, maintain a professional demeanor and enjoy working in a thriving, fast-paced environment. You will provide general administration support to admin, accountants, the managing partner and office duties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • High level email management
  • Liaising directly with the Managing Partner and Management Team
  • Directing telephone calls accordingly and/or accurately taking messages
  • Assist clients with phone enquires
  • Using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Mail distribution and organising couriers and freight
  • Maintaining databases of client information
  • Office maintenance 
  • Scanning and filing
  • Meeting preparation
  • Boardroom presentation
  • Arranging office orders; such as coffee and lunches 
  • Updating internal reports
