Due to business growth, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our close-knit team.
As the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the Directors as required to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
- Manage information flow and distribute correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage HR, Health and Safety, customer service, and office administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment and induction processes.
- Manage professional development, performance reviews, and staff compliance.
- Support with financial duties such as payroll and reporting.
- Format and manage information such as training manuals, databases, emails, and presentations.
- Manage weekly meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Organise and maintain the office filing system and stock system (Cin7).
- Manage and respond to all customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone.
- Manage communication with courier companies, such as bookings, delays, software issues, and claims.
- Manage office and warehouse supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
