Job Description

We are working with a world-class company within the health sector to find a temporary EA or Office Manager to support the team while they recruit for the permanent role.

Benefits:

  • 2-month temporary contract - potential for permanent position
  • Based in South Auckland, avoid traffic
  • $40-$45 per hour 8% holiday pay

The role:

You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Operating Officer and a sales team, along with managing general office operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with external suppliers including travel providers, maintenance, caterers and cleaners
  • Organising meetings and arrange travel and catering
  • Preparing powerpoint presentations
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office including managing the reception function
  • Providing executive support to the COO including diary management

What you will bring to the team:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to leverage interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a large organisation in an office management or EA role
  • Problem solving skills and the confidence to demonstrate initiative
  • Drive to deliver – show resourcefulness to deliver results
  • Workflow planning – ability to develop effective operating plans
