Jobs Description
Assisting office manager in various day to day activities including:-
Scheduling, respond to queries, problem solving skills,
Performing general office clerk duties
Charge-outs , Purchase Invoice reconciliation and Timesheets
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.etc
Training will be provided to the suitable candidate
Requirement
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Positive Attitude, good communication and reliable
Have a valid driver license.
Current Residency / Valid work visa
Working hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
