Job Description

We are currently looking for a Casual Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team located in the Prestons area. This position will initially be 2-3 days per week with a view for permanent full time for the right candidate.

Duties include:

  • Common reception including receiving/transferring phone calls and handling general enquiries
  • Processing invoices and reconciliations using Xero Accounting
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Mailroom coordination
  • Coordinating office supplies and stationary
  • Assisting the team with tasks as required
  • Occasional outbound calls

 

To be successful for this position, you will need to have the following:

  • Great customer service skills with exceptional phone manner
  • A positive and professional attitude to their work
  • A strong and supportive team player
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working with MS office suite mainly Word and Outlook, basic Excel would be an advantage
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable experience, Xero Accounting or MYOB is ideal
