Job Description

Boundary Consultants is a small family owned firm specialising in small to medium subdivisions and we are looking for full time Office Administrator to join the team. Part time and flexible work options can be considered.

We are looking for an experienced, friendly person to interact with clients, other professionals and fit in well with our team. We are looking for a good communicator and someone who pays attention to details. The role includes

  • Reception duties
  • Invoicing and credit control
  • Using Xero and Workflowmax
  • Preparation of estimates
  • Basic property data searching
  • Office supplies 
  • Fleet management
  • Health and Safety Administration

Prior experience in Invoicing and Office administration is essential. Experience in property development would be an advantage.
