THE ROLE
This part-time role is required to support management and the broader team across Melbourne and Sydney. The role includes general administration, calendar management for the executive team, booking team travel, Accounts Payable entry and job costing, onboarding new staff, organising internal team events, managing the in-house studio bookings, OHS and general IT support.
Your office administration experience, coupled with your diligence, attention to detail, being proactive and your excellence in multitasking will be the driving force in you succeeding in your role. You will also have a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to go above and beyond, when required.
