Our growing Melbourne team currently consists of 25 incredible humans, and we are ready for you to help us keep kicking goals.

The purpose of this role is to provide superstar administrative support for the Sourci office in Cremorne, and in particular the leadership team.

You will have various duties and responsibilities depending on your skillset & your desire to grow.
A strong major focus is on maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable office environment.

Overall Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Managing clerical or other administrative duties
  • Booking travel for executive team when required
  • Meeting and greeting clients - organise water, tea, coffee etc.
  • Purchasing office consumables & equipment
  • Screening candidates for future roles
  • Onboarding/offboarding staff and coordinating employment documents and record keeping
  • Event management such as company Christmas party, client functions, etc.
  • Manage & execute ad hoc projects related to office administration, business administration, HR paperwork, and maintenance of company assets/equipment
  • Managing incoming and outgoing couriers / mail
  • Arranging & managing internal leadership meetings, company-wide updates, new policy changes, improvements & events!

  • A confident, vibrant, friendly personality with pride in a professional personal presentation
  • Is well organised and is a problem solver
  • Has the ability to quickly pick up, learn and adapt to new technology, software, and systems
  • Is competent across various general fields and displays good use of initiative
  • Has proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) (who doesn't these days?)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, modern environment
  • Has proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years corporate working experience
  • Likes a great office vibe (you will be the master of the Sonos, no pressure)
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Enjoys social activities at work (we have an espresso martini & beer tap for Fridays)
