MCI Achieve is an industry renowned and award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO 91088), specifically focused on offering Certificate III level qualifications for job seekers from an Employment Service Provider.

Our innovative learning methodologies include the use of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY as a key process in enabling effective problem solving, strategic planning and team development. We are now seeking a passionate and driven Office Administrator to join the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing enrolments
  • Following up with attendance of students
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Resetting passwords
  • Live chat/ Student enquiries
  • Regular liaison with managers and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge and identifying potential business improvements
  • Ensure effective relationships are maintained with all major internal stakeholders and customers, staff, contractors, and service providers

 

Key attributes of the successful candidate will include:

  • Completion of Year 12 minimum
  • Some knowledge or experience of an administrative workplace.                                                                      
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willingness to learn new roles
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Suite of Programs
  • Salesforce and Moodle experience desirable but not mandatory
