OFFICE AMINISTRATOR / ACCOUNTS

We're Brisbane Automatic Gate Systems and we specialise in the service and installation of access control equipment for domestic and commercial applications. Our vision is to be the company that best understands our clients and delivers quality automation products, Australia wide.

Based in Cleveland we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Office Administrator.

The Role

You will report to the Office Manager and support the administration team with:

  • Invoicing
  • Account Receivable management
  • Support in scheduling service technicians
  • Quote allocation to the sales team
  • Data and record keeping through simPRO
  • Liaise with technicians to deliver on client needs
  • Building professional relationships with our customers and suppliers
  • Handling all day to day phone enquiries.(customer, team and accounts related)
  • Maintain an effective follow-up system in regards to accounts and customer enquiries.
  • General office support for the day to day running of the business

Your Profile:

The successful candidate will be able to work under a high pressure, fast paced environment.  Previous use of simPRO is advantageous but not essential. We have a strong team environment where each member supports each other and assists where needed to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.

Hours of Work and Remuneration:

This position is a casual position - 9.00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is dependent on experience.
