The Company

Ashcroft Homes are based in Auckland and have been operating for the past 15 years. Ashcroft has had the pleasure of working with many customers and property investors, on the path to successful property development and investment.  We are experts in new home builds, sub-divisions, multi-lot sites, and large-scale affordable housing projects. 

About the Role

We are looking for that someone who’ll be part of our client's journey by providing a warm and friendly experience, all the while supporting the team with their exceptional administration skills enabling the smooth running our office.

  • Be the first point of contact in the office for all phone calls, walk‐in enquiries and service-related enquiries
  • Provide assistance as requested to support the Office Manager and management enabling the workflow to keep moving
  • Provide strong administration skills where applicable, from client data entry, to document management
  • Provide reception management where our spaces are maintained to a professional level, stationery is on hand and our kitchen is stocked with essentials and refreshments come Thursday and Fridays

About you

  • Friendly, helpful and ready to assist others in a busy environment
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Previous office administrative experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Suite and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload
