We are a boutique chartered accounting firm and are seeking an outstanding Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team on a part time basis, four days per week. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and we would prefer the applicant to work Monday to Thursday but we are willing to negotiate this.

We believe that creating an energetic and welcoming first impression is key to running a successful business and it is you who will make this happen.

We are seeking someone who is smart, energetic and willing to learn, who is outgoing and who truly enjoys interacting with people. Naturally positive and have strong customer service skills. It would be an advantage for you to have previous experience within a chartered accounting firm.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

  • Answering telephone in a timely and professional manner with a smile that our clients can hear;
  • Greeting clients and visitors;
  • Maintaining the appointment diaries, both electronic and paper;
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies;
  • Client database management;
  • Management of filing system;
  • Provide administration assistance to qualified staff;
  • Corporate register database management.

We require the applicant to possess:-

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a smart and presentable appearance;
  • Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written forms;
  • Computer literate and tech-savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft office;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Attention to detail - a must.
