About SHARP EIT

We are an established office technology business based in North Ryde. We are suppliers of printers, multifunctional devices, software, and IT services. We are looking for a responsible Office Administrator to join the team to provide sales and general administrative support.

The Role

We are looking for an entry level Administrative Assistant with great organisational skills to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a role in a sales and services organisation within the office technology industry. The ideal candidate will be looking for an entry level professional role where they can develop their skills and work in a wonderful team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Processing equipment orders
  • Processing Finance deals from Application to Settlement
  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the sales team as required.
  • Being the point of contact for all the account managers
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • General Administration

To be successfully in this role, the candidate will ideally have

  • Understanding of a business-to-business sales environment 
  • Very good communication and organisational skills
  • Strong Computer skills

This is an excellent opportunity for a mature school leaver or someone who has recently completed their studies in Office Administration.
