The role

Working full-time as an Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be using your clinical expertise and skills to support and own your client’s journey as they return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury. You will influence and guide your clients to achieve the results that they have identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.

In this role, you’ll be….

• Utilise your clinical skills in a variety of ways across icare, CTP, non-comp Corporate and Govt functional education and training and ADLs across multiple schemes
• Work collaboratively with CTP insurers on complex injuries, discharge planning and RTW
• Using award winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great RTW outcomes
• Providing preventative support to large corporate and Govt customers in the corporate wellbeing space
• Spend 50% of your work week out and about meeting medical and treating parties, employers and clients

• Professional Registration with AHPRA
• Strong client focus and the ability to build relationships with a range of people
• A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
