The role

Working full-time or part-time as an Occupational Therapist, Lead Rehabilitation Consultant you will be using your specialist and technical expertise to manage your client’s return to work journey back to work and back to life after a period of injury or illness. As a Lead Consultant, you will be focused on growing Workcover WA referrals utilising your current network of state insurers.

In this role, you will….

• Develop networks and relationships with state insurers to increase Workcover WA referrals
• Utilise your clinical skills in a variety of ways across functional education and training and ADLs across multiple schemes
• Work collaboratively with insurers on complex injuries, discharge planning and return to work
• Using award winning psycho-social risk tools to achieve great return to work outcomes
• Providing preventative support to large corporate and Govt customers in the corporate wellbeing space

• Professional Registration with AHPRA
• Strong experience and knowledge within Workcover WA
• Strong client focus and the ability to build relationships with a range of people
• A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
