 O365 / PROOFPOINT ADMINISTRATOR

  • Plan, Design & Implementation of Proofpoint email security & integration with Exchange Online/Hybrid env.
  • Administration and Management of Proofpoint platform.
  • Realtime monitoring of healthy mail-flow.
  • Message Tracing and delivery troubleshooting
  • Anti-SPAM/Malware/Phishing policy creation and management.
  • Email analytics reporting to monitor email activity and filter effectiveness.
  • Exchange Online / O365 Hybrid env administration
  • Managing Mail-flow, Transport rule, SMTP relays, Inbound & Outbound connectors pointing to Smart host.
  • Managing all the mail accepted domain, MX records, External IP's.
  • Custom User Management to maintain common services, filter settings, and email policies across org user base.
  • Message Quarantine and Release management policies.
  • Running / scheduling Monitoring reports & logs regularly, for understanding statistics on the number of messages recently delivered, blocked, quarantined, or deferred for delivery.
  • Assisting & supporting implementation for Proofpoint security.
  • Test & validate of integration of Proofpoint email security with Exchange Online /O365 Hybrid env.
  • Adding domain name/ IP & SMTP address already listed in Symantec Email security to Proofpoint.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework, Change, Incident, Problem Management, Service Request, etc.
