If you are a Registered Health Professional with experience working in the community and have a strong focus on empowering older people to maintain their independence, we invite your application for a position with our Tauranga Support Net team.
This position requires someone with knowledge of health and disability issues affecting older people (and their families/whÄnau) and demonstrated assessment skills.
The assessment tool used is the online interRAI Home Care tool which requires proficiency in Information Systems. You must be able to work autonomously while also making a positive contribution to the Tauranga based team.
This is a full-time permanent position working 80 hours per fortnight.
