The role
As a Facilitator, you will be delivering a range of individual and small group based employment supports to NDIS Participants, building capacity to achieve their work goals and aspirations.
You will be supporting personal growth, helping your participants to develop and establish their vocational identity, tailoring their supports to their individual requirements.

Your experience in Community Services, Employment Services and/or NDIS, in supporting and encouraging people with disability to increase their capacity for work through skills development and training.
Your resilience and creative problem-solving skills will help you tackle complex issues as they arise. Strong administration and compliance experience will see you able to maintain effectiveness and efficiencies in this role.
