Job Description

What is the purpose of this role?

The National Property Administrator maintains and manages all the occupancy costs for our restaurants across the country, whilst ensuring they are accurately paid and maintained in our Global Lease Administration System (Tririga). 

Key accountabilities and duties

  • Maintain all critical information pertaining to each property/site that is leased or owned which includes but is not limited to:
    • Base Rent Reviews
    • Percentage Rent Reviews
    • Outgoings
    • General issues and inquiries
    • Monthly Reporting
    • Invoice Approval
  • Manage and maintain lease records and payments using Tririga system (Global Lease Administration Software) including abstracting all key lease information into the database for all new and existing restaurants.
  • Work with landlords to resolve and discuss any key issues relating to payment and/or dispute of invoices if they are not in line with our lease obligations
  • Communicate with Owner/Operators of changes in monthly obligations such as outgoings, promotion fund or storage licence fees
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders including finance, development, and operations.
  • Property Mailbox Review and Action
  • Abstract all key lease information into the database for all new restaurants and new leases
  • Providing support to the greater Development team.
