Job Title: National Promotions and Programming Coordinator

Job Status: Regular- Full Time

Location: 299 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with contest setup including creation of online entry forms, promotions briefs and execution instructions for local stations
  • Organize and coordinate the creation of promotional graphics and social media assets
  • Work with imaging hub to facilitate script writing and produced promos for contests and sponsored campaigns
  • Work with legal team on finalizing contest rules and prize waivers
  • Facilitate prize fulfilment including prize draws, waiver forms and cheque submissions
  • Book hotel and travel for winners when applicable
  • Schedule iHeartRadio app communications such ass in-app messages and notifications
  • Data collection on contest entries, web traffic, social metrics and overall contest performance for post reports
  • Maintain promotional activity trackers
  • Monitor contest performance on Aptivada
  • Create social media calendars for contest promotion, including branded partnership campaigns with sponsors
  • Assist Brand Partnerships with campaign deliverables for clients
  • Work with National Promotions Director to ideate promotions for network radio brands
  • Source and order promotional and activation items, as needed
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports for CRTC
  • Assist music department with weekly music meeting research and data
  • Assist with programming and administrative duties as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in promotions, marketing or media
  • Post-Secondary degree/diploma with a focus on marketing, media or communications preferred
  • Content creation/social media experience considered an asset
  • Proven knowledge and enthusiasm of the business
  • Excels in a past-paced and demanding environment
  • Works effectively with various teams, partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to execute multiple campaigns and promotions simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Must possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic design and Photoshop proficiency an asset

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
