Your new role

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing mentoring, coaching and performance management of relevant staff
• Maintaining an overview of pavement delivery resource
• Leading with high standards of Quality Assurance and Health & Safety
• Leading a team and maintaining long term relationships with supply chain and assisting resolution to problems

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years’ experience in pavement construction
• Civil engineering tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
• Understanding of quality management principals
• Practical knowledge of cost and job pricing
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to build long term relationships
