Job Description
You will be responsible for delivering excellent administration support to TAXITECH in an accurate, reliable, timely and efficient manner. The role will schedule TAXITECH bookings and will manage the calendar.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the smooth day-to-day operations of Taxitech inspections department
- Actively maintain vehicle records, databases and file management systems to ensure documentation is up-to-date and easy to find
- Reconcile Taxitech accounts with relevant financial records
- Act as a point of contact for correspondence relating to account and vehicle enquiries
- Liaise with and provide excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders including Taxi owners and managers
- Coordinate the scheduling and booking of vehicle inspections
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the department and broader business by sharing ideas, participating in staff meetings, and collaborating with peers to find solutions to issues
Essential Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar all-round administrative role
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Cert III in Business Administration is desirable
