We are looking for a full-time motel receptionist based in Hamilton.

This is a hands-on role that may include laundry, housekeeping or maintaining the grounds when required. 

What you need to do:

• Maintain the property safe and neat. 
• Overlook housekeeper’s workload. 
• Ensure reservations/check in / check out are performed correctly
• Listen and respond to guest queries and requests 
• Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and management to address any problems or complaints made by guests
• Enforce rules and policies of the motel

What we want from you:

• Strong English skill in oral, listening and writing. 
• Be available to work on Public Holidays and weekends 
• A can-do attitude, mature, reliable
• Honest, friendly, pleasant attitude, able to communicate well with others
• Eye for detail

Previous experience is not a must. All necessary training will be provided to the successful applicant.
