The Ministry Formation team is focused on providing the diocese with education and professional development offerings for both clergy and lay leaders working in our churches with youth, young adults, adults, children, and families.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this team from its inception, to create procedures to support the team and to provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Ministry Educator and be a link to the Administrations Services team.
If you are an experienced administrator, love variety in your day and have a can-do positive attitude then this role might be for you!

In this role, you would be expected to deliver a high quality and efficient service, meet deadlines, give attention to detail, follow organisational protocols/processes and build good working relationships with team members and other teams working to support the work of the Diocese.

To be an outstanding performer you would need a strong customer service approach to both internal and external customers and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Attention to detail is a must, meeting deadlines, producing action plans, and following up with stakeholders, keeping registers/records updated and email correspondence up to date and following filing protocols.
You would need to be super organised and be a self-starter that can work independently when needed.
