Your team

As a Micro Laboratory Manager, you are joining Plant QA team and reporting to Plant QA Director. You will manage 10 micro analysts working in Micro Laboratory Operation.

How success looks like

Your success would be based on Site Quality Results, Compliance works and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities of the role

Site Microbiological scope

• Manage ongoing microbiological test on FP, Intermediates and material in accordance with site and corporate SOPs.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements related to microbiological testing are adhered to.
• Leading regular Micro Risk Assessment program for the site
• Supervise site environment monitoring (MDM) program in accordance with site and corporate SOPs
• Be a contributor in microbiological risk assessment and evaluation on the scope of Initiative and Operation Improvement program including Change Management
• Be a contributor in microbiological QSF (Quality System Failure) by coordinating with Category QA Manager group
• Own a regular report on site system micro health (FP hit analysis, MDM report, site micro health score)
• Be a site representative in regional/global micro connects

System Ownership

• QPHA (Quality Program Health Assessment) under his/her responsible functions
• Staffing and administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in biology, microbiology, regulatory science or related field.
• 2 years of experience working with quality control in a microbiology laboratory.
• Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership Have healthy analytical thinking and skills
• Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
• Proficient in English and Thai
• Able to work in Wellgrow industrial estate (We provide the transportation support)
