Customer Service Administration Coordinator - Fernwood Woonona
Full or Part time

Responsibilities and Activities
- Drive an amazing customer experience
- Overseeing reception
- Rostering for customer service team
- Handle all administration enquires by phone, in person and email
- Banking and end of day reporting
- Incoming & Outgoing Sales Calls
- Touring prospective new members
- Retention of new & existing members
- Creating digital marketing content
- Assisting the Club Manager with administration tasks
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous fitness industry experience would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in business operations and the upkeep and improvement of systems
- A passion for health and fitness
- A 6th sense for systematisation and improvements in the way tasks are done and results are achieved
- Excellent time management skills to complete administrative tasks in a busy environment.
- Previous sales experience
- Desirable but not essential - experience in the creation of and publishing of digital marketing collateral.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level of competence in the operation of MS Suite of applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook with a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
