We have a number of vacancies across West Auckland. Our clinics operate Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm and you will be working a on a part time basis and your days will be rostered (a mixture of day and alternate weekend shifts).
Key responsibilities include making all visitors feel welcomed when they enter the clinic, answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments. Some assistance with account enquiries, invoicing and reconciling accounts. Recording patient details, registration and updating patient information accurately. Completing general administration tasks including filing patient documents and scanning.
