About us

Brisbane Cardiology is a specialist clinic in Woolloongabba located next to Princess Alexandra Hospital. Our small and friendly team provides the highest level of personalized care to patients. We are seeking 1 permanent part-time receptionist to join our close-knit team. 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries
  • Provide quotes and process payments
  • Fax, scan, file and mail documents
  • Transcribe letters from dictations
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications & experience

  • Computer skills with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing patient care
  • Attention to detail, good time management skills, and ability to multitask
  • Previous experience with Shexie Practice Management software desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
  • Previous experience working in a medical practice desirable
