We are a supportive and friendly Cornerstone accredited general practice, who are dedicated to providing excellent service to our patients.

The successful candidate will be well presented and friendly, both in person and on the phone, a real team player and have excellent communication skills.  You will also have great attention to detail, be a quick learner, be able to multi-task, and have a "can-do" attitude. 

You must be a "people person", who enjoys interaction with patients and colleagues, and have excellent administration, and cash handling skills. 

 This is a permanent part time position and the successful applicant must be available to work between 8am to 6.30pm on Thursday and Friday.  Ideally you will show some flexibility to be available for additional hours to cover for sickness and annual leave.

Experience as a medical receptionist with knowledge of Medtech32 would be advantageous. 

Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa with no restrictions.

Applicants will also need to be fully vaccinated against Covid 19.
