We are a busy general medical practice located in Royal Oak. We are seeking a receptionist to join our friendly team 4 days per week. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.

Hours of work will be discussed at the interview and can be flexible for the right candidate. Availability to cover for other staff leave would be advantageous.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years experience as a Medical receptionist with the ability to hit the ground running
• Previous experience working and thriving in a fast-paced reception role
• A professional attitude, great warm and friendly customer service and a meticulous eye for detail
• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Able to multi-task and prioritise well
• Enjoy working in a diverse environment
• Previous Med-tech experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
