Job Description
- This role is for a new Quality Assurance team being put in place within Depositary Oversight Department. The team will be responsible for ensuring that all fiduciary and Depositary Oversight processes and procedures are effectively operating and adhered to.
- Supervision of the team member or team members in their review of Depositary Oversight processes and procedures.
- Devising work programmes and schedules.
- To ensure timely and proper completion of tasks of team members.
- On-going development and maintenance of the controls, policies and procedures
- Perform independent review of any new processes or material amendments to a current process that form part of the Depositary fiduciary reviews.
- Co-ordination of timing and testing of audit reviews by external parties and internal parties.
- Communication of any findings to the Depositary Oversight teams
- Reporting to Senior Management on an ongoing basis with formal reporting delivered to the Trustee and Custody Committee.
- Appraising performance of team members.
- Selecting potential team members.
- Attending board meetings.
- Resolving any employee relations issues.
- Resolving workflow problems or issues.
