The opportunity

 

Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team is looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator who is a self-starter and flourishes in an agile team environment. The role is best suited for a passionate marketer who has experience in marketing automation and content development, is razer-focused on the customer lifecycle and enjoys working on campaigns with varying complexities and sizes.

 

This is a 12-month contract, full time role, open to Australia and New Zealand locations.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Together with your stakeholders develop, manage and deliver on campaign strategies. 
  • Facilitate all aspects of digital channels (social, web, email etc.) and focus on marketing automation to help drive the customer journey towards acquisition.
  • Develop content for multi-channel programs.
  • Have an innovative mindset, make recommendations to implement new ideas and improvements to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Promote operational excellence by challenging current practices and providing feedback on opportunities to improve within own area of responsibility (e.g., cost savings, resource optimisation).
  • Establish credibility by demonstrating an understanding of stakeholders’ business environment.
  • Enable the delivery of exceptional client service by using appropriate tools and resources.
  • Have bold, courageous and honest conversations. Operate with integrity.
  • Use data to report on KPI’s and gather insights. Suggest areas of improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging collaboration and finding constructive ways to respond to work challenges.

 

Skills and attributes for success
 

To qualify for the role you must have

 

  • Passionate about Digital Marketing and experienced in Marketing Automation.
  • Excellent writing skills and content development.
  • Very strong marketing communication and Customer Experience skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management and implementation.
  • High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in working in agile teams.

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Evidence of displaying and leveraging leading practices, diverse perspectives and lessons learned.
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects.
  • Adheres to budgets, objectives and deadlines on projects with the aim of enhancing productivity and value.
