About the Marketing Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for overall brand strategies. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, and activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual plan and annual brand review for assigned category based on consumer insights
• Identifies activation strategies and analyses innovation opportunities, consumer trends, and consumer behaviours using applicable data
• Leads local market activation, guides brand folks on execution, and monitors performance
• Manages P&L of the assigned category to ensure spending is efficient and complies to guidelines
• Works closely with internal and external parties for smooth and timely marketing activities
• Works closely with regional team on new product launches

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of do's and don't's in alcohol business.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
• 10 years' of experience in Marketing
• Comprehensive understanding of luxury marketing
• Fluent command of English
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviours in Thailand and preferably alcohol-related laws
• Strategic thinking and result orientation
