About the Role
- You’ll be the “right hand†to the Creative Director- you’ll be across all things marketing, brand, communications and engagement.
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining the marketing calendar and ensure the delivery of campaigns around:
- Product Launches
- Creating and driving engagement for competitions, awards and collaborations – you’ll also need to contact winners, respond to social comments etc.
- Key dates and events i.e. Earth Day, Valentines, Easter etc.
- Customer case studies
- Another core responsibility is to manage third party agency relationships / freelancers
- Digital Marketing agency for Google Ads, Facebook Ad spend
- PR Agencies
- Pinterest rep
- Graphic designer
- Copy-writers
- This is an ecommerce business, so you’ll have an understanding of the importance of digital activity to drive consumers to buy online!
- Responsibilities will include drafting EDMs, blogs and social media posts wherever possible to bring more of this in house (ideally)
- Some of it will be admin heavy – and you’ll love being highly organised, ticking things off your to do list and eager to figure out other ways you can support this high performing team.
- Reporting – what’s marketing without analysis on how it’s performing? You’ll consolidate reports on a monthly basis to present to the Creative Director on how effective marketing campaigns have been and their performance against KPI’s
About You
- Ideally, you’ll have at least 2+ years within an office environment – ideally supporting a marketing function or within a marketing team
- You’ll be hyper-organised, action oriented and be willing to help on whatever is required – nothing is too big or small for you!
- As an experienced relationship builder, you’ll hold people accountable to deadlines – but remain a warm, engaging and team player approach.
- Hopefully you’ve had some exposure to an ecommerce environment, alongside some experience in copy-writing or the Adobe Suite – these are “nice to haves†though
