My client is a global multinational chemical company on the hunt for their next marketing coordinator based in Sydney.

The company serves a variety of end markets including chemicals & refining, food & beverage, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing and primary metals. My clients industrial gases are used in countless applications, from life-saving oxygen for hospitals to high-purity & specialty gases for electronics manufacturing, hydrogen for clean fuels and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer marketing and external communications support to the Head of Communications and Communications team.
• Assist in coordinating trade shows and other company events
• Assist the team with marketing projects to meet business needs such as edm campaigns, package upgrades
• Assist the development and maintenance of an appropriate level of external communications capability across the region.
  Internal Communications
• Manage and maintain South Pacific intranet
• Create and distribute company communication newsletters
• Work with site champions to ensure internal posters and messaging are kept up to date

• Exceptional oral communication and persuasion skills
• Planning and organising skills and can prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome
• Attention to detail across all aspects of the role
• Experience in and entry level marketing role and/or office administration
• Tertiary level education in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications is desirable
• Advanced Office 365 suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable
