Job Summary:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the person holding this position manages day-to-day marketing operations. As guardian of the Maskatel brand, this person must ensure a corporate image aligned with the values established with both internal and external stakeholders. More specifically, they will be required to:
ï‚· Coordinate and follow up on marketing actions as part of campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, etc.
ï‚· Assist the marketing department with the coordination of sector files
ï‚· Ensure strict management of the marketing budget
ï‚· Monitor the quality of the different stages of production with stakeholders
ï‚· Write social media posts, emails and other types of texts as needed
ï‚· Provide community and website management
ï‚· Maintain competitive intelligence
ï‚· Do research and analysis: collect and interpret the information required to produce analysis reports of key performance indicators
ï‚· Assist other departments in their external communications activities and communicate marketing activities internally
ï‚· Stay on top of industry best practices to promote the various brands
Desired Qualifications and Profile:
ï‚· Training in marketing administration or in communications (or equivalent experience). It should be noted that solid file coordination and follow-up skills combined with relevant experience as a marketing administrative assistant or executive assistant may be considered for this position.
ï‚· 3 to 5 years of work-related experience
ï‚· Bilingual (French and English)
ï‚· Impeccable written French, editorial skills
ï‚· Experience in social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
ï‚· Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
ï‚· Autonomy, great attention to detail, discipline and resourcefulness
Terms of Employment:
ï‚· Full-time position (40h/week), Monday to Friday
ï‚· Temporary status, duration of 8 to 10 months with possibility of extension
ï‚· Work location: Saint-Hyacinthe and telecommuting (hybrid)
