Position: Marketing and Promotions Coordinator, Bell Media Saskatchewan
Location: Regina, SK
Salary: Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience
Role:
Looking for a dynamic marketing/promotions coordinator to represent the CTV and Pure Country brands in Saskatchewan through sponsorships and community engagement on-site, online and on social media, as well as developing and executing promotions that generate revenue for Bell Media.
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize on-site and multi-media promotion events to maximize community engagement and brand awareness
Collaborate with news editorial and radio programming to develop strategic market-leading promotion for on-air, digital & social media ratings campaigns to increase audiences
Create radio and television promotion and contests to support sales generation and increase ratings
Develop and execute all contesting elements, including concept, rules and regulations and prize (distribution)/winner
Develop and maintain community contacts in all markets through community engagement, station sponsorships and media support
Schedule and maintain on-air/digital promotion assets and inventory for radio and television
Contribute and monitor daily posts and engagement of social media channels
Coordinate staffing for community events (street team, on-air talent)
Coordinate talent and resources for promotions shoots as required
Participate in weekly promotion meetings as required
Write and produce community calendar messages weekly
Review of correct logo usage & brand promotional materials as needed
Work within the annual promotional budget and Bell Media marketing guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education with marketing/communications/media focus
Minimum of 3 years promotions or related experience
Experience in both radio and television an asset, experience with planning
events an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work well under minimal supervision
Valid class 5 driver’s licence
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adjust work hours depending on deadlines
Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) –
Photoshop and web design experience an additional asset
Solid knowledge of all social media platforms
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
