Job Description

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE POSITION

You will enjoy working in this hands-on position utilising your skills and experience in a wide range of marketing activities including designing, generating, updating brochures, technical data sheets, newsletters, content for email & sms campaigns, website updates, blogs etc.  You will have the opportunity to develop & manage email, sms & social media campaigns and provide reports on campaign results.  You will be responsible for building maintaining & cleansing the company's database.  If you are into photography & videography, there are plenty of opportunities for this also!

While your primary role will be focusing on marketing activities, you will also be required to assist with a range of administration tasks including order processing, purchasing consumables & uniforms etc, filing, arranging events and keeping the office area tidy.

As a self-starter, you will take responsibility for your own work agenda however, appreciate guidance and direction from the Management Team.

You will be working out of the Emu Plains head office which is headquarters for the warehouse distribution centre and the office administration centre.

ABOUT YOU

Your experience and capabilities include,

  • Graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good typographical skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience in taking & understanding design briefs
  • Strong English, spelling and grammar skills and the ability to self-check work
  • Knowledge and understanding of creating graphics and elements for online use
  • Experience with Social Media and using Mail Chimp or similar email campaign creation
  • Experience with WordPress or websites an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and mature customer centric approach
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, willing, flexible & adaptable
  • Ability to grow and maintain productive networks
  • Desire to be part of a growing business that is looking to be market leaders.
