Half Moon Bay Marina seeks a Dockmaster to join our team.

The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to our boat owners, basic repairs and maintenance on the marina, driving a tender to assist customers when required.
Our ideal candidate will have:
 

• Previous hands on boating experience and ideally will have completed some boat handling courses eg boat master or launch master.
• Experience in previous roles providing excellent customer service
• The ability to perform basic maintenance duties on the marina as required.
• Confidence to work in a sole charge position .
• A diligent worker with good attention to detail.
• A confident communicator with a hands on, can do, solutions focused attitude.

The role is a permanent full time position working on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
